Overview
The IT Analyst will provide frontline technology support and solutions across the firm. This role is responsible for daily IT operations, meeting and event technology support, hardware/software configuration, and participation in firmwide IT initiatives. The Analyst will play a key role in ensuring smooth technology operations, end-user satisfaction, and adherence to security best practices. Base pay range $50,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr Job Details Security Clearance Required: No Visa Sponsorship: Not considered Location: On-site or hybrid (no relocation assistance) Compensation: $65,000 – $86,000 base + bonus eligible Employment Type: Full-time with benefits Overtime Eligible: Yes Travel Required: None Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests, resolving software, hardware, and networking issues promptly Support meeting and event technologies including video conferencing, presentations, and client meetings Provide on-site and remote support; escalate and resolve issues in collaboration with IT teams Install, configure, and maintain firm-standard hardware and software Maintain computers, printers, and IT asset inventory Manage tickets using ServiceNow with accurate lifecycle tracking and user communication Support mobile technologies (iOS, iPadOS) and remote tools (Citrix, VPN) Collaborate with IT teams to support planned maintenance and project deployments Promote firmwide data security and compliance best practices Participate in user training, IT projects, and technology adoption efforts Proficiencies
Strong knowledge of Microsoft OS, Office Suite, Teams, and ServiceNow Experience with networking, cabling, and data communication devices Proficiency in document management systems like iManage/Work 10 Familiarity with remote access platforms (Citrix, VPN) Understanding of data security and project management principles Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience 3+ years of customer-facing IT support including hardware/software/networking 3+ years of LAN, WAN, and network systems management 3+ years of experience with client OS configuration and maintenance Prior experience in a law firm is required Senioriry level
