Responsibilities
Translating complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications
Configuring and implementing solutions that align with business needs
Identifying opportunities for service expansion and contributing to sales through RFP responses
Travel regularly and lead project streams while actively engaging with clients
Skills and Attributes for Success
Action-oriented and adept at delivering processes, solutions, and projects with broad impact on sales and service offerings
Ability to understand stakeholders, architect solutions, blueprint, test, document, and configure integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems
Analytical, with decision-making based on policy understanding
Ability to guide and develop junior team members
Strong written and verbal communication, client service and technical writing skills
Willingness to travel to meet client needs
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
2 to 4 years of relevant experience with SAP ERP systems and at least one full implementation cycle focusing on SAP FSCM modules
Working knowledge of SAP FICO applications beyond FSCM
Prior system configuration experience with FSCM modules and organizational hierarchy definition
Defining customer Business Partner master for FSCM views; strong knowledge of customer master management
Setting up credit control parameters and checks; blocked sales order monitoring and processing
Collection group and strategy definitions; experience with collection processes
Dispute creation and management processes, dispute attributes, automatic write-off configuration
Strong knowledge of AR; building and managing relationships
Strong communication and client service skills
Willingness to travel to meet client needs
Preferred/Additional Qualifications
Prior consulting industry experience or deep functional experience
SAP Certification(s) such as C_TS4FI_2023 SAP Certified Associate - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition, Financial Accounting or other SAP Finance certifications
Prior industry experience in Accounting department

Comprehensive compensation and benefits package with base salary ranges and Total Rewards details. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $102,500 to $187,900. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $122,900 to $213,400. Salaries are determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. Total Rewards includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and paid time off.
Hybrid model: most external, client-serving roles are expected to work in person 40-60% of the time.
