Overview
Student Information Systems (SIS) Coordinator - IDEA A.W. Brown (Immediate Opening) Role Mission: The SIS coordinator’s role is to achieve 97.5% average daily attendance, 100% enrollment, maintain 100% data accuracy, and 100% compliance with IDEA’s attendance procedures. The SIS coordinator organizes campus operation tasks with key stakeholders and executes campus operation processes that bind to the student information system. What We Offer
Compensation for this role is set at an hourly rate ranging between $20.34 and $25.42, depending on experience. This role is eligible for a performance bonus based on team performance and goal attainment. Other Benefits

Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred Experience: Experience with records or student information, data entry, support, systems management/entry required Experience in PowerSchool preferred What You’ll Do – Accountabilities
Owns the attendance process for College Prep students and works with students, staff, and parents to ensure daily attendance Communicates attendance reporting to staff (chronic absenteeism, daily progress toward goals) Documents all attendance changes and corrects attendance data within 24 hours Ensures teacher attendance submission aligns with official attendance taking times Ensures all paper rosters are signed and dated (if applicable) Ensures all attendance report submissions are submitted on time 100% Projected Enrollment for Academy & College Prep: solidified paper attendance and student enrollment reconciliation two weeks prior to school; enrollment goal hit weekly after the first week 100% of Student Records received by the First Week of School (FWOS): timely records requests from other districts; all records fulfilled within 10 days; PEIMS deadlines met; increase awareness and communication with key stakeholders 25% of cumulative folders completed by September, 50% by October, 75% by November; grade verification, re-registration, end-of-year tasks, audits, and transcripts completed timely 100% of Existing Students Registered by May 1: collaborate with parents and partners to re-register; campus safe and operational before the first day of school; create official attendance rosters; verify enrollment numbers; address gaps if targets are not met About IDEA Public Schools
