Inkjet Applications Engineer
to join us in our Ypsilanti, Michigan location. This position will work as part of a multi-disciplinary engineering team that supports R&D for product development of ink and inkjet printing technologies. This role involves conducting jetting experiments, analyzing ink and printhead performance, and developing electromechanical and fluidic systems to support testing. What You Will Do Work in a hands-on laboratory environment conducting jetting experiments to evaluate new inks, printheads, and system configurations Generate detailed technical reports summarizing test results, findings, and recommendations. Work closely with R&D teams, ink formulators, and engineers across different sites to optimize ink and printhead performance Design, develop, and maintain test stands, ink delivery systems, and support electromechanical and fluidic systems used in experiments. Work in a fast-paced R&D environment to support inkjet ink development. This role may be a good fit if you have Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred Hands-on experience with inkjet printing technology, fluidic systems, or electromechanical devices. Effective written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and collaboration. Proficiency in data analysis tools and report writing. Proven ability to work well within a group.
