Overview

The Information Systems Inventory Analyst, or Asset Management Analyst, is responsible for helping maintain the technology inventory for the hospital. This incumbent assists in the development of asset management control procedures and policies and is responsible for maintaining an accurate picture of current and deployed inventory. The ideal candidate will have experience using Service Now for HamPro and SamPro. The incumbent needs to reside within the KCMO metro area. This position is full time and onsite at Children's Mercy, located in Kansas City, MO. At Children's Mercy, we are committed to ensuring that everyone feels welcomed within our walls. Responsibilities

Maintain accurate assessment of software and technology inventory; assist with obtaining quotes for hardware and software. Assist with coordination of repairs and replacement of malfunctioning hardware while communicating status to end users. Maintain current technology and software standards for the department. Maintain current software licenses, creating entitlements and models. Maintain competency in the field using a variety of methods.

Qualifications

Associate's Degree and preferred experience in inventory management using Service Now for HamPro and SamPro. High School diploma, or equivalent; 2 years experience accepted in lieu of a degree.

Benefits and Pay

The benefits plans at Children\'s Mercy are designed to meet the changing needs of employees and their families. The pay range for this job begins at $20.69/hr, with offers determined based on education and experience.

Work Arrangement

This position is not eligible to work remotely and requires onsite work at one of our Children\'s Mercy locations.
