Brooksource is hiring a talented Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to join our Telecommunications client’s automation team. This role will support the Provisioning & Activation domain, ensuring customers are successfully set up and activated across Video, Data, and Phone services. The ideal candidate has strong business analysis experience, proficiency with JIRA and Visio/Lucid, and the ability to deliver clear, testable requirements in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering and documentation for Salesforce automation and integration projects Create detailed technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams Develop process flows using BPMN format to document current and future state workflows Build data models and integration mapping documents for system-to-system connectivity Create Solutions Design Documents that bridge business expectations with technical implementation Navigate complex Salesforce configurations to document objects, fields, workflows, and data relationships Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications Partner with offshore development and QA teams to ensure requirements are dev-ready and testable Support testing efforts by validating that delivered solutions meet documented requirements Adapt quickly to evolving project needs and pick up in-flight initiatives Experience

5+ years

of Business Systems Analyst experience 3-5+ years

of hands-on Salesforce experience as a BSA or Business Analyst Proven track record working with complex Salesforce implementations Experience with Agile methodologies and sprint-based delivery Background in system integrations and automation requirements Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture: objects, fields, relationships, and data models Comfortable navigating Salesforce Setup, Object Manager, and configuration tools Experience with both Lightning and Classic UI Knowledge of Salesforce automation capabilities (workflows, process builders, flows) Understanding of API integrations and event-driven architecture Completed Salesforce Trailblazer administration courses (certification preferred but not required) Ability to create test data and document system configurations Qualifications
