Overview

The Boeing Company’s Information Digital Technology & Security (IDT&S) organization is seeking a Senior Information Technology Project Manager to join the team in North Charleston, SC; Berkeley, MO; Everett, WA; or Seattle, WA. As the Program Integration Lead, you will support IDT&S activities and lead IT integration efforts between major organizations. Position Responsibilities include leading integration activities across major functions (Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality, Infrastructure and Operations, Boeing Enterprise Security, etc.), developing a multi-year technical integration roadmap aligned with business and program needs, serving as a liaison between the BCA Digital Transformation program and major business units, enhancing relationships, reporting progress, and managing risk, issues, and opportunities (RIO). You will develop and manage complex, enterprise-wide IT project plans and deliverables, determine project scope, schedule, and budget baselines, incorporate quality management systems, monitor deliverables for quality, identify necessary resources, provide resource allocation analysis, develop project communication plans, identify risks and mitigations, and coordinate vendor activities. Bachelor's degree or higher 5+ years of experience developing and managing integrated schedules for complex technical projects and/or products 5+ years of experience leading or managing integrated technical projects or teams across multiple organizations 5+ years of experience in the aerospace industry Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Master's degree in a technical field Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification Compensation and Benefits

Pay and benefits: Boeing provides a Total Rewards package including competitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities. Eligible employees may access health, savings, retirement, life and disability insurance, and time away programs. The exact programs vary by location and eligibility. Pay ranges (summary): Level 4: $117,300 - $170,200; Level 5: $140,250 - $203,550. Additional Information
