Transaction Advisory Services - Manager [Healthcare]
Overview
CohnReznick is seeking a Manager in the Transaction Advisory Services practice with a healthcare focus. This role supports the firm’s growth by delivering due diligence and advisory services to clients across various industries, with emphasis on healthcare providers, reimbursement risks, and revenue cycles. The firm operates as hybrid, with an expectation of in-person collaboration about 3 days per week on average, as determined by the team.
This opportunity offers exposure to buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements and interaction with clients as well as team members at all levels.
Responsibilities
Act as a key player in buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements from both private equity and strategic corporate buyers
Analyze historical financial statements and evaluate operational trends to identify sustainable earnings
Coordinate with team and management regarding client expectations concerning project deliverables and deadlines
Effectively write and communicate engagement reports and deliverables to client management
Your Experience / Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
CPA and other relevant professional certifications preferred
Strong current knowledge of US GAAP, GAAS, SEC Reporting, transaction advisory services, or mergers and acquisitions
5+ years of audit or transaction advisory experience within the healthcare industry with experience in providers, reimbursement risks and revenue cycles
Ability to work additional hours as needed and travel to clients as required
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and root cause determination skills
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Strong project management with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a team-oriented environment
Action-oriented, decisive approach to work with a hands-on role to ensure deliverables are met on time

Salary & Location In New York, the salary range for a Transaction Advisory Manager is $105,000 to $175,000. Salary is part of the Total Rewards package, which includes a discretionary performance bonus and other benefits. The role location is in or near New York, NY with hybrid work expectations.
