Manage a wide variety of commercial accounts across multiple industries. Handle quoting for new and renewal business. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction. Utilize Applied Epic software for account management and documentation. Qualifications/Requirements
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in commercial lines account management, with exposure to a variety of industries. Licenses/Designations: Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied Epic software - preferred. Soft Skills: Strong team player with a collaborative mindset; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities; Adaptable and proactive in problem-solving.
