School-Based Mental Health Specialist II/III - East County, San Diego, CA - Associate Level or Licensed - Immediate Start Location and Schedule

Location: East County, San Diego, CA Work Hours: Monday–Friday, aligned with school hours Employment Type: Part-time or full-time, in-person Compensation

Associate Level: $30.00 - $31.00 per hour Licensed: $38.00 - $39.00 per hour What You’ll Do

Provide individual and group counseling to students Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans Offer crisis intervention and perform risk assessments Collaborate with school staff, families, and community partners Lead mental health workshops for students, parents, and educators Maintain accurate and confidential documentation (HIPAA & FERPA compliant) Attend triadic clinical supervision and ongoing professional development What You Bring

Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field BBS registration in good standing (AMFT, ACSW, APCC, LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC) Experience working with youth impacted by trauma (preferred) Familiarity with CBT, ACT, and evidence-based interventions Ability to collaborate with school teams and families Fluency in a second language (preferred) Benefits
