Registered Nurse Director of Nursing
to join our Orlando team. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong clinical leader with a proven background in home health to lead a talented and growing team. Key Responsibilities Oversee clinical operations in compliance with state, federal, and agency standards. Lead, mentor, and support nursing and clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care. Ensure compliance with OASIS, QA, and QAPI processes. Monitor and maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality initiatives. Foster a positive, team-oriented, and patient-focused environment. Requirements Minimum 2 years of recent home health leadership experience (required). Strong knowledge of OASIS, QA, and QAPI (required). Experience with Kinnser/WellSky EMR (preferred). Proven ability to manage, inspire, and lead a clinical team. Energetic, motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, growing agency.
