Great practice opportunity for an independent Doctor of Optometry. You operate the doctor’s office as your private independent practice while providing high quality optometric care and services to your patients next to an optical dispensary operated by Luxottica. Professional fee schedule is yours to decide and you keep the associated patient revenues for professional services that you deliver.
Responsibilities and Practice Model
Practice autonomy:
Complete professional autonomy to practice exactly as you decide
Independence:
No company-imposed restrictions, interference or quotas
Scope of practice:
Predicated on your professional direction
Schedule:
Flexible practice arrangements and schedules, including part-time commitments; options to add to an existing practice schedule
Facilities and tools:
Furnished office and well-equipped exam lanes; online appointment book and patient recall system
Startup:
Independent practice model with minimal financial risk or obligations
Onboarding:
Brand-supported onboarding and resources from first exam onward

Employee pay is determined by factors including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. You may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
