Insurance Associate Attorney

A law firm in Fort Worth is seeking an Insurance Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of 1st and/or 3rd party property insurance coverage experience. The ideal candidate must possess excellent academic credentials, legal abilities, and skills, along with strong writing and research capabilities. Duties: Represent clients in insurance coverage disputes related to 1st and/or 3rd party property insurance. Conduct legal research and analysis on insurance laws, regulations, and case precedents. Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, briefs, and appeals. Assist in all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation. Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members. Provide legal advice and counsel on insurance coverage matters to clients. Requirements: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the State Bar of Texas in good standing. 1-3 years of experience practicing law with a focus on insurance coverage. Strong understanding of insurance law, particularly 1st and/or 3rd party property insurance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
