plays a critical role in supporting trading operations by ensuring contract accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This position involves validating trade confirmations, managing contract discrepancies, optimizing contracting processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to maintain seamless operations. The ideal candidate will leverage expertise in contract administration and risk assessment to drive improvements, standardization, and automation. Responsibilities

Validate trade confirmations to ensure accuracy and alignment with contractual agreements involving third parties. Investigate and resolve contract discrepancies, identifying root causes to prevent recurrence. Develop expertise in contract administration processes across all commodities. Provide backup support and vacation coverage for team members to ensure operational continuity. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in contracting workflows. Assist with internal and external audit reviews, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards. Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, colleagues, and third parties to enhance collaboration. Required Qualifications

Legally authorized to work in the job posting country Bachelor's degree 1 or more years of contract management experience supporting trading operations/finance or industry experience Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with SAP, ETRM (Energy Trading and Risk Management) systems, electronic trade confirmation platforms, and Icertis Contract Intelligence Benefits / Total Rewards
