Starting salary for candidates who meet minimum requirements ( Experience will be compensated) : $80,000

Our Mission

What to expect:

Under the supervision of the CEO, the Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO's Office and support the Boards of Directors. The role may also include supporting other Executive Team members as needed to support the administrative staff.

Responsibilities:

This position contributes by:

Executive Support

Providing high-level administrative and logistical support to the CEO, General Counsel, and VP of HR, including representing the office in communications, maintaining schedules, coordinating meetings, and supporting meetings with agendas and minutes.

Managing travel arrangements, preparing for deadlines and presentations, and supporting board and committee materials.

Managing projects and office operations to ensure efficiency and high performance.

Acting as a proxy and informational funnel for the CEO, including decision-making collaboration in their absence.

Supporting legal entity governance and risk mitigation in partnership with legal counsel.

Handling confidential information with discretion and helping interpret and implement the CEO's strategic vision.

Representing the CEO in meetings with stakeholders and managing communications.

Tracking projects, preparing briefings, and managing the departmental budget.

Managing board activities, including orientation, records, and meetings, and supporting strategic planning and development activities.

Administrative Support

Overseeing office operations, responding to inquiries, and supporting departmental activities and events.

Minimum Qualifications:

10 years of experience as an administrative assistant.

5 years supporting high-level executives and multiple staff members.

Experience working across multiple departments or stakeholders.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Effective communication, attention to detail, confidentiality, and technological proficiency.

Ability to work with diverse backgrounds, multi-task, and think critically.
