Job Overview:

Managers/Leaders oversee all aspects of our multi-million dollar restaurant, including people, products, business, and operations. Your role is crucial in building a strong team that delivers exceptional customer service and drives business results. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, developing, and retaining staff, managing restaurant operations, protecting assets, and maintaining kitchen and inventory organization. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service Restaurant Presentation & Operations Supervision Communication Inventory Management & Cost Controls Cash Management Safety & Security Compliance HR Functions: Staffing, Scheduling, & Payroll Training & Development Asset Protection Food Quality & Safety Achieving Business Metrics (Goals) Compliance Work Schedule:

Open availability is required, especially Fridays, Saturdays, and during peak holiday seasons. Chick-fil-A is closed on Sundays. Career Progression

The position includes a 90-day training and probation period. Successful completion opens pathways to leadership roles. We promote from within and many leaders started as restaurant managers. Qualifications

2+ years of restaurant management experience Proven ability to drive results Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Talent assessment and development skills Excellent communication and leadership Attention to detail and accuracy Self-motivated and proactive Relationship-building and collaboration skills Ability to lift 20-50 lbs Proficiency in another language is a plus ServSafe Manager Certification Benefits
