Responsibilities
Supporting the project management team with tasks including but not limited to jobsite logistics (office supplies and badging/orientation paperwork), coordination of equipment and material deliveries, and craft productivity tracking.
Managing jobsite documentation (RFIs, change orders, ASIs, supplemental design documentation, QA/QC, submittals, etc.).
Attending project meetings.
Assembling estimates and budgets.
Managing subcontractors and vendors, and writing and tracking purchase orders and subcontracts.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Proficient with learning and applying technical concepts
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure and deadlines
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Display diplomacy and tact in collaborating with a wide variety of colleagues, customers and suppliers
Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and Project)
