Project Controls Engineer The Project Controls Engineer will be responsible for supporting a project management team with the following tasks, including but not limited to:
Manage jobsite logistics such as office supplies and badging/orientation paperwork
Coordinate deliveries of equipment and material
Attend project meetings
Write and track purchase orders and subcontracts
Update project schedules
Craft productivity tracking
Manage jobsite documentation (RFIs, change orders, ASIs, supplemental design documentation, QA/QC, submittals, etc.)

Skills and Qualifications
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Proficient in learning and applying technical concepts
Ability to multitask and work under pressure and deadlines
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Diplomacy and tact in collaborating with colleagues, customers, and suppliers
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Education and Experience
1–2 years’ experience in Project Controls or Administrative Support preferred
