Manager, Site EHS at Entegris – Our site in Colorado Springs, Arrows West, is seeking an EH&S Manager to support the manufacturing activities at our Colorado Springs facility. The Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing all aspects of EHS programs and procedures, and will assess EHS performance through audits and inspections against Entegris' local and global policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. This role is part of the Advanced Purity Solutions (APS) EHS team and reports to the APS Division EH&S Director & Business Partner, working closely with APS site leaders. The EHS Manager provides technical management and program leadership to ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety requirements for the Colorado Springs facility and associated office building. This role develops, implements, and manages programs to establish and maintain a healthy, safe, compliant, and accident-free work environment, and leads site-wide EHS programs including training, incident investigation, auditing, and performance evaluation. The position drives a culture of EHS excellence and engages site employees and leadership in continuous improvement for a sustainable operation. Primary Responsibilities and Duties

Develop, implement, facilitate, and manage programs to train managers, supervisors, and employees in worksite safety practices, incident prevention, compliance management and other EHS programs. Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety and environmental laws, regulations, applicable company policies and procedures. Lead the implementation and management of site-wide EHS programs, training, incident investigation, auditing, and performance evaluation; drive a culture of EHS excellence and secure engagement among site employees and leadership. Support the design review of new projects and modifications to existing processes and facilities to identify and resolve EHS issues; lead efforts to secure all required environmental permits, licenses, and authorizations. Implement and conduct audit programs to identify existing or potential EHS hazards, determine corrective or preventative measures, and manage issue resolution. Provide support on recurring environmental compliance obligations, including recordkeeping, reporting, and testing. Manage incident investigation and reporting programs and lead accident and compliance incident investigations as necessary; prepare accident reports for regulatory agencies. Coordinate responsive communication with governmental agencies, including information requests, investigations/inspections, and notices of violation; support plant and office investigations/inspections by regulatory agencies. Prepare EHS metrics reports to track the facility’s EHS performance. Manage ISO 14001 and 45001 systems, coordinating internal audits and supporting system maintenance for the sites. Demonstrate effective communication and influence with site management, front-line supervision, and other employees; foster cross-functional collaboration and teamwork, including engagement of outside third parties. Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in occupational safety, occupational health, engineering, environmental science, or other EHS-related technical discipline from an accredited college/university is required. Minimum of five (5) years of EHS leadership experience in industrial facility manufacturing; experience with OSHA, US EPA, and state-level compliance programs and regulations. Knowledge of federal and state safety laws, regulations, codes, and best management practices. Experience with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Responsible Care, and other certification programs. Strong knowledge or experience in ergonomic assessments and design is a plus. CSP, CIH, PE, or similar professional credentials are a plus. Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding EHS results through program development, implementation, and management, and to influence and motivate leaders and employees. High energy, motivation, and commitment to ownership of issues to drive exceptional outcomes. Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate with a broad range of audiences. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical reports and regulatory documents; make sound judgments and provide effective solutions. Ability to manage and develop personnel and external consultants, and work in a team environment. A chemistry background is desired. Why Work at Entegris?

Compensation: $100,000-$135,000 per year, dependent on experience and skills.
