Overview

The Treasury Management (TM) Onboarding Specialist I supports a team of Treasury Management Sales Officers (TMO) and Relationship Managers (RM) to ensure the smooth implementation of all Treasury products, including ACH, Wire, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, Lockbox, Bill Pay, and File Mapping. The role meets with assigned clients during implementation to execute the agreed-upon contract, build relationships, provide client training, and ensure client satisfaction. It plays a key role in the end-to-end customer implementation function for Treasury Management Services and contributes to a high-quality onboarding customer experience. Responsibilities

Identify client requirements and provide subject matter expertise regarding product onboarding and file transmittal data mapping. Create and manage project plans and timelines to ensure the client goes live on the requested date. Provide matrix leadership to cross-functional teams to accomplish project tasks and timelines. Communicate effectively to lead meaningful conversations, address issues efficiently, and identify the best path forward. Implement business processes and configuration necessary to meet client requirements. Execute onboarding agreements, contracts, and exhibits to comply with audit requirements. Overcome new challenges, deliver concrete results of engagement, and proactively qualify problems to develop creative solutions. Identify, evaluate, recommend, and implement changes to operational processes/procedures to improve departmental efficiency. Manage and lead productive client onboarding and post-onboarding meetings with all involved parties. Collaborate with vendors for third-party services, manage expectations, and monitor deliverables. Work independently and manage workflow and expectations with minimal oversight. Some travel required for onsite client meetings. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitors\' products and pricing in the market. Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Knowledge of treasury management products, functions, support systems and related policies, procedures, and regulatory issues. 3+ years of previous implementation/project management experience with ACH, Wire, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, Lockbox, Bill Pay, File Mapping, etc. Ability to work independently with analytical aptitude. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; candidate should be able to manage internal and external relationships effectively. Proven track record of understanding client needs and delivering excellent customer service. Ability to self-prioritize and strong time management skills. Strong planning and project organization skills with attention to detail. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Salesforce, and Commercial Center.
