Overview
The Treasury Management (TM) Onboarding Specialist I is responsible for supporting a team of Treasury Management Sales Officers (TMO) and Relationship Managers (RM) to ensure the smooth implementation of Treasury products and services (ACH, Wire, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, Lockbox, Bill Pay, File Mapping, etc.). This position is expected to meet with assigned clients during the implementation to execute the agreed-upon contract, build relationships, provide client training, and ensure client satisfaction. This role plays a key part in the end-to-end customer implementation function for Treasury Management Services and contributes to a high-quality onboarding experience. How You Will Make an Impact Identify client requirements and provide subject matter expertise regarding product onboarding and file transmittal data mapping.
Create and manage project plans and timelines to ensure the client is in production by the requested go-live date.
Provide matrix leadership to cross-functional teams to accomplish project tasks and timelines.
Communicate effectively to lead meaningful conversations, address issues, and determine the best path forward.
Implement business processes and configurations necessary to meet client requirements.
Execute onboarding agreements, contracts, and exhibits to adhere to audit requirements.
Overcome challenges, deliver concrete results, and proactively propose creative solutions.
Identify, evaluate, recommend, and implement changes to operational processes to improve efficiencies.
Lead productive client onboarding and post-onboarding meetings with all involved parties.
Collaborate with vendors for third-party services, manage expectations, and monitor deliverables.
Work independently and manage workflow with limited oversight; some travel for onsite client meetings.
Maintain knowledge of competitors' products and pricing in the market.
Who You Are Knowledge of treasury management products, functions, support systems, policies, procedures, and regulatory issues.
3+ years of implementation/project management experience with ACH, Wire, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, Lockbox, Bill Pay, File Mapping, etc.
Ability to work independently with analytical aptitude.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage internal and external relationships effectively.
Track record of understanding client needs and delivering excellent customer service.
Ability to self-prioritize and strong time management skills.
Strong planning and project organization skills with attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Salesforce and Commercial Center.
