Wealth Advisor

to join our team in the Houston marketplace. Our Wealth Management Team is supported by a cohesive group of banking professionals including Retail Bankers, Community/Business Bankers, Private Bankers, Commercial Bankers, and Investment Management Portfolio Managers/Advanced Planning Professionals.

Responsibilities

Build wealth management relationships by actively cultivating and nurturing relationships with members of the banking team. Deliver an exceptional client experience, evaluate and educate, develop tailored solutions and recommendations, and implement investment strategies to meet client needs. Perform financial planning, investment management, insurance, and trust services; make presentations; partner with internal banking professionals; coordinate with wealth management team members to deliver the right solution for clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum of 5 years of directly related experience; 10+ years preferred. Combination of education and experience may meet requirements. Required licenses: FINRA Series 7 & 66 (65/63), life and health insurance. CFP certification highly preferred. Proficiency with computers and relevant software; excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and presentation abilities; experience with financial planning software and complex financial modeling. Proven track record of building and managing high net worth client relationships and exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of financial planning concepts.
