Manage the revenue close process for acquisitions, including journal entry and reconciliation preparation and/or review, system data validation, and close metrics reporting Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Sales Operations, IT and others to implement standard methodologies, automation, and streamline order-to-revenue processes Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on process automation, operational efficiency, and scalable growth Support strategic initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions, pricing transformations, and launch of new revenue streams Lead post-acquisition revenue process integration, including NetSuite ARM and system migrations, and assist with special projects and ad hoc requests as needed Align acquired company’s policies, processes, and SOX controls with corporate standards Ensure compliance with ASC 606 and internal revenue recognition policies Partner with internal and external stakeholders on revenue-related matters Identify and resolve potential revenue accounting issues Partner with Deal Desk, Sales, Legal, FP&A, Product Management, Business Systems and GL Accounting teams to assess revenue implications of new products, services and go-to-market strategies of acquired companies Support automation and system improvements to enhance revenue reporting efficiency and accuracy. Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred 5–8+ years of progressive revenue recognition/accounting experience, ideally in SaaS or software Strong knowledge of ASC 606 and multi-element arrangements Experience with NetSuite (ARM preferred) or other revenue automation tools and Salesforce Prior M&A or integration project experience strongly preferred Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills Ability to thrive in ambiguity and manage multiple priorities Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Why CoreWeave

The starting salary is based on knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. Total rewards include a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (eligibility applies).
