Finance & Accounting Associate I Position Description:
Protingent Staffing has an exciting contract opportunity for a Finance & Accounting Associate with our client located in Kent, WA. Job Responsibilities: Entering and processing invoices for various spaceflight systems and support functions. Working with Procurement, Receiving, and Suppliers. Resolving invoicing issues. Reconcile supplier statements. Using JIRA Ticketing Systems. Managing Mail & Emails. Assist with various other payables functions as assigned. Job Qualifications: Associate degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 2-5 years of payables processing experience, including enterprise-level, high-volume payables. Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Basic understanding of payables impact on the GL and financial statements. High attention to detail and critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across departments. Comfortable in a fast-paced and often ambiguous work environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Coupa, Costpoint, Cognos, Concur, Exostar, IFS Cloud, and/or Analytics. Experience with Microsoft Teams. Job Details: Job Type: Contract Location: Onsite in Kent, WA Pay Rate: $26-31/hr ITAR obligations apply; U.S. citizenship, legal permanent residency, or protected status under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a) (1), (3) required.
