Overview Revenue & Accounts Receivable Manager
Location: Remote PACIFIC TIME HOURS
Pay: Pay range is between $90K-$100K, depending on experience.

What You’ll Do As the Revenue & AR Manager, you’ll own the entire revenue cycle—from sales uploads to cash application—and lead a team of AR analysts and clerks. You’ll be hands-on with reconciliations, variances, and commissions, and serve as a key resource for both internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coach a team of AR analysts (including clerks based in Mexico)
Review weekly sales uploads and ensure accuracy in pricing and promotions
Investigate variances and perform reconciliations with precision
Manage AR aging reports, bad debt reserves, and unapplied cash
Validate partner commissions and ensure timely collections
Serve as SME for Chef/AR Hotline and triage support tickets
Collaborate with operations and accounting to improve processes
What You’ll Bring
5+ years of hands-on AR and reconciliation experience
Advanced Excel skills (data manipulation, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
Strong understanding of debits, credits, and general ledger impact
Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems (NorthStar POS a plus)
Proven ability to train, coach, and support clerical-level staff
Experience with franchise models, sales commissions, or multi-party revenue splits
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Nice to Have
Experience in franchise or retail food environments
Exposure to NetSuite optimization or automation
Track record of building structure in high-growth companies
