14 Weeks About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven

Manager, Accounting – Accounts Payable

to oversee and manage our Procure-to-Pay function. In this critical role, you will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of quarter-end close processes, lead a high-performing team, and contribute to the integrity of financial reporting. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day leadership and technical guidance to the Procure-to-Pay team Supervise team activities, mentor staff, and ensure adherence to best practices Oversee vendor and employee payments, and validate accuracy of expense coding Lead issue resolution, training initiatives, and system troubleshooting Identify and implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency Prepare and review balance sheets, P&L variance analyses, journal entries, and account reconciliations Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and audit requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; equivalent experience will be considered Minimum of 6 years of accounting experience, including accounts payable and general ledger Demonstrated success in a dynamic, fast-growth environment Public company experience and familiarity with SOX compliance strongly preferred Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry is a plus Proficiency with systems such as Great Plains, Concur, ReQLogic, and Mineral Tree is preferred Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills What We Offer Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) match and Employee Stock Purchase Program Professional development support, including tuition reimbursement and in-house training programs A collaborative culture focused on innovation, growth, and continuous improvement An opportunity to make a tangible impact—on your team, the organization, and the patients we serve.
