Role Details
Business, Location: Fed China Reports to: Business Operations Manager - Federal China Direct Reports: None Primary Purpose: Ensure the execution of orders complies with company policies and compliance. To provide sales support to the I&A-Sales Team; operating with minimum supervision and showing flexibility and the ability to prioritize. Key Responsibilities
Assist sales in preparing contracts, review the completeness of the documentation for order processing. Process orders to the UK or Germany site and update team members and OEM partners on delivery. Manage daily order follow-up, including export control, payment, shipment, local supply RMA order other details on the order. If necessary, work with operations to exchange delivery slots to meet customer delivery needs. Manage documentation archive and database update, regularly provide sales reports to sales team. Support channel partner program. Any other duties as may be reasonably required from time to time by your line manager. Indicative Performance Measures

Education / Qualifications: Degree desirable Fluent spoken and written English. Professional Skills/ Abilities: Experienced in foreign trade order to cash process Proficient PC skills including MS Office Good at data analysis Experience in Syteline System would be valuable. Personal Qualities: High degree of self-organization whilst recognizing the priorities of the sales and customer support personnel. Experience of successfully managing demands of highly demanding personnel. Accuracy and numeracy are important. Experience of working in an international environment. Experience of working in a customer-facing role.
