Provides basic customer service to proponents in matters related to supplier relations. Scope

Serves Aramco Services Company (ASC) and subsidiaries in North America. Principal Duties

Ensures supplier registration is performed in accordance with Aramco’s policies and procedures. Conducts supplier due diligence and background checks along with compliance risk assessments utilizing SRM tools and ASC resources. Ensures the Supplier Code of Conduct (SCOC) is signed and in place before ASC do business with suppliers. Works with ASC and Saudi Aramco (SAO) Engineering on supplier performance, addressing and closing manufacturing gaps, and overall supplier development. Works with ASC and SAO Engineering and Vendor Inspection to re-engage manufacturers placed on hold. Assists in taking corrective actions related to supplier relations matters such as registration, performance and onboarding. Resolves identified issues by retrieving SRM (Supplier Relations Management) related phone calls and through monitoring the SRM email account. Action any items that require resolution. Tracks resolution progress and follows up as required. Updates supplier records and reviews errors in process often related to data (e.g., incorrect tax information, address, cost center) and works with appropriate individuals to align data in SAP and SRM. Supports supplier localization efforts in Saudi Arabia by promoting local programs such as IKTVA, and works with ASC Public Relations, Law, SAO IKTVA teams and SAO Proponents to prepare and participate in supplier events. Participates in Aramco’s supplier events and conferences. Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Operations Management or similar. At least one of the following: Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) by the Compliance Certification Board; Supplier Relationship Management Expert (SRME); Supplier Relationship Management Associate (SRMA); Supplier Relationship Management Practitioner (SRMP) by IACCM. Knowledge of all supplier relationship management aspects. Ability to utilize internet search tools and industry resources to obtain supplier data. Ability to develop/demonstrate research and presentation skills. Strong decision making/problem solving and influencing skills are required. Excellent interpersonal skills. Proficient with business software applications. Typically, at least four (4) years of oil and gas supplier relationship management experience. Experience with SAP SRM module or similar SRM is essential. Must be able to comprehend and communicate accurately, clearly and concisely in English. No third-party candidates accepted.
