Futures Behavior Therapy Center, a member of the Sevita family, provides quality and individualized treatment to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other related disorders. Established in 2007, Futures provides specialized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children, adults, and families across Massachusetts. Our team takes a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach to help individuals reach their fullest potential. Beverly, MA 01915 . Starting Salary $90,000 And Up. $10,000 Sign On Bonus. Monthly Incentive Program. Why Join Us? Hybrid flexibility - Balance in-person work with remote tasks. Center-based setting with strong leadership presence. Ethical case loads to prioritize quality care. (~6-9 clients). Monday through Friday schedule. Supportive team environment (Weekly peer support meetings & clinic collaboration). Full-Time, Part-Time, and As Needed schedules available. Conduct
Functional Behavior Assessments
(FBAs). Develop and implement
Behavior Intervention Plans . Create
individualized treatment plans
to help learners grow. Provide
training and support
to caregivers and staff. Work in
center, home, community, and clinical settings . Qualifications Needed
Master’s Degree / Certification
in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field. BCBA Certification
&
LABA License (Required) . Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach. Passion for helping individuals thrive. Interpersonal communications with diverse demographics.
