Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs). Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans. Create treatment plans that promote measurable growth and independence. Train and support caregivers, RBTs, and staff. Provide services in center-based, home, community, and clinical settings. Qualifications
Master’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field. Active BCBA certification & LABA license (required). Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through. Compassionate, reliable, and committed to helping individuals thrive. Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
