This position is eligible for a 2-year commitment stipend.
Summary Job Summary:
Conduct psychological evaluations to assess learning, emotional, and behavioral needs of children. Interpret assessment data, make intervention recommendations, maintain case records, and prepare reports prior to IEP meetings. Collaborate with teachers, students, and parents on classroom adaptations. Attend pre-referral, post-placement, staff, and inter-agency meetings. Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Special Programs.
Qualifications
Possess or be eligible for a Colorado Department of Education Special Services Providers License with School Psychologist K-12 endorsement.
Completion of an approved specialist-level or doctoral program in school psychology from an accredited institution.
Working knowledge of MS Office.
Transcripts are required; upload/scan transcripts with your application. Official transcripts will be required if hired.
Criminal background check and District fingerprinting required.
Travel Requirements Travel to district buildings and meetings as needed.
