to join their Private Wealth team. As a Senior Wealth Planner, you’ll be a strategic partner to ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners, guiding them through meaningful planning engagements while collaborating with a high-performing team of Wealth Advisors, private bankers, attorneys, and tax professionals. What You’ll Be Doing: Design and deliver tailored, high-touch financial plans for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families, often across complex, multi-generational structures. Lead planning conversations across estate, tax, wealth transfer, philanthropic, and risk management strategies. Translate highly technical planning ideas into clear, meaningful conversations with clients and their advisors. Act as a strategic partner alongside Wealth Advisors, private bankers, legal teams, and tax professionals. Lead or co-lead client meetings and reviews, identifying opportunities to enhance outcomes and deepen relationships. Stay ahead of evolving legislation, planning trends, and best practices to provide timely, proactive guidance. Leverage planning technology (e.g., eMoney, Salesforce) to deliver insights and scale customized advice. Contribute to firm-wide initiatives that elevate the client experience and push the boundaries of modern wealth planning. What We’re Looking For: CFP designation is required. JD, CPA, LLM, or CPWA highly valued. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field. 10+ years in financial services, with at least 5 years focused exclusively on planning for UHNW clients and complex family structures. Deep expertise in estate planning, tax strategy, philanthropic structuring, business succession, and asset protection. Exceptional communicator—capable of simplifying complex strategies and building trust with sophisticated clients.
