Social Studies Teacher, Leave Replacement Beginning November 2025-January 2025 Eastchester High School Eastchester High School is seeking a candidate to fill a Social Studies Teacher Leave Replacement Position. The position will begin approximately the end of November and will conclude approximately the beginning of January. Requirements NYS certification: Social Studies 9-12 NYSED Fingerprint Clearance Employment Terms: Per diem leave replacement assignment Salary range: $62,620 - $79,759 (prorated per diem at 1/200th) Step placement contingent upon prior related experience. Fingerprint Clearance: SAVE Law: Effective July 1, 2001, Education Law 305(30), 3004-b, 3004-c and 3035, as amended by Chapter 180 of the Laws of 2000, and Part 87 of the Commissioner's Regulations require the Commissioner of Education to request a fingerprint-supported criminal history background check for applicants for certification as well as for prospective employees of school districts, charter schools and boards of cooperative educational services (BOCES).
