$93,000 - $113,000 Generous Time Off to Recharge and Maintain Work-Life Balance:

Up to 22 days off in your first year, increasing to 26 days after 12 months Flexible Hybrid Role:

Up to 50% of this role can be done remotely, allowing you to balance your clinical work and administrative tasks. Telehealth is determined by the BCBA when it's clinically effective for the client and BT CEU Stipend:

BCBA

at Cortica, you’ll oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment. You’ll lead a team of

behavior technicians (BTs) , empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences. What you’ll love about this role: Achievable Targets:

You’ll average 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks for a manageable workload. Uncapped Bonus Potential:

Opportunity to earn more by increasing billable hours, depending on pace and preference. Growth and Advancement Opportunities:

Potential to advance through BCBA levels I–IV. At levels III and IV, productivity targets are reduced to 22, allowing focus on leadership development and broader professional interests. Autonomy over Your Schedule:

Full control over when and where you supervise cases. Administrative Support:

Scheduling, billing, and credentialing handled by our team, freeing more time for clinical care. Qualifications and Requirements Master’s degree in human services or a related field. Current BCBA Certification
