As a Senior in Technology Business Analysis, you will connect business needs with technical solutions, evaluate business models, elicit requirements, and ensure the technical teams deliver solutions aligned with business objectives. Translating complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications Configuring and implementing solutions that align with business needs Identifying opportunities for service expansion and contributing to sales through RFP responses Travel regularly and lead project streams while actively engaging with clients Skills And Attributes For Success
Action-oriented with the ability to deliver processes, solutions, and projects Influence beyond project delivery, impacting sales and service offerings Work with stakeholders to understand needs and advise on SAP system capabilities; initiate requirement gathering, architect solutions, blueprinting, testing, documentation, and functional design; translate needs into business solutions and configurations with SAP and non-SAP systems Analytical thinking and decision-making based on policy understanding Ability to guide and develop junior team members Proven problem-solving and relationship management skills To qualify for the role, you must have
A Bachelor\'s degree 2 to 4 years of relevant experience with SAP ERP-based systems, including at least one full implementation cycle focusing on SAP FSCM modules Working knowledge of SAP FICO applications beyond FSCM Prior system configuration experience with FSCM modules and organizational hierarchy definition Experience defining customer Business Partner master for FSCM views; strong knowledge of customer master management Setting up credit control parameters and checks; blocked sales order monitoring and processing Collection group and strategy definitions; experience with collection processes Dispute creation and management processes, dispute attributes, automatic write-off configuration Strong knowledge of AR Building and managing relationships; complex problem-solving; strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies Willingness to travel to meet client needs Ideally, you’ll also have
Prior consulting industry experience or deep functional experience SAP Certification(s) such as C_TS4FI_2023 SAP Certified Associate - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition, Financial Accounting or other SAP Finance certifications Additional Qualifications That Complement The Role Such As
