Job Title: Dynamics 365 F&O Lead Developer
Location: Hybrid – Phoenix, AZ (Open to candidates willing to relocate)
Compensation: $160,000 - $180,000 (DOE) + bonus (non-guaranteed)

We are seeking an experienced ERP Manager with deep Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) expertise to lead architecture, technical delivery, and go-live readiness for a large-scale ERP implementation. This is a hands-on leadership role offering the opportunity to drive solution design, coordinate cross-functional delivery, and build out a high-performing internal team. You’ll serve as the subject matter expert across the full lifecycle of a multi-year ERP transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the technical architecture and integration strategy for D365 F&O, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
Manage timelines, risks, and Agile delivery across technical and functional workstreams.
Oversee go-live planning, readiness assessments, and cutover execution.
Conduct workshops with stakeholders for testing, user acceptance, and contingency planning.
Support post-go-live stabilization, continuous improvement, and user adoption.
Act as a 50/50 technical and functional leader with hands-on management responsibilities.

Key modules include Merchandising, Pricing, and Finance
Requirements
5+ years of experience managing ERP implementations with a focus on D365 F&O architecture and delivery
Proven track record leading multiple go-lives and readiness efforts
Strong knowledge of system integration, data migration, and UAT
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Retail or consumer goods experience is preferred
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
8+ years of ERP experience with strong focus on D365 F&O
Familiarity with retail or wholesale business processes
Proficiency with Azure integration tools (Logic Apps, APIM, Service Bus, Event Grid, Functions)
Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Storage (Blob, Queue, Table)
Advanced knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
Development experience with X++, C#, T-SQL, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, PowerShell, Azure CLI
Experience with LCS and Data Management Framework (DMF)
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Effective collaboration across technical and business teams
Comfortable working in Agile environments using Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or JIRA
