$45-$60 Responsibilities
Perform construction inspections and field testing on wastewater and stormwater projects. Complete daily field reports and document construction progress. Track contractor quantities of work performed. Attend and document progress meetings and related project meetings. Review contractor monthly progress update schedules. Review submittals and Requests for Information (RFIs). Track and follow up on resolution of deficiencies noted during inspections. Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience as a field/construction inspector. Familiarity with Primavera Unifier or other web-based construction management software. Experience preparing daily reports and monitoring construction for compliance. Background in infrastructure, water, wastewater, stormwater, or utility construction inspection and field testing. NASCCO certification is preferred Working Conditions
Assignment is full-time, five days per week at the field office in Washington, DC. Work is 90% field-based and 10% office-based. Fieldwork may be performed in varying weather conditions including heat, cold, humidity, and dry environments. Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. may be required. Special Instructions
