Job Summary
Job Summary
The ELOP Coordinator is responsible for the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of the district’s Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELO-P), including after-school, Extended School Year, and Summer Academic Programs. This position ensures that students receive high-quality academic enrichment and support beyond the school day, aligning programs with the district’s instructional framework. The ELO-P Coordinator works collaboratively with district administrators, site leaders, teachers, and community partners to enhance student learning, engagement, and social-emotional development. The coordinator will oversee, coordinate, and monitor Expanded Learning programs (ELO-P) at CVUSD schools, including before- and after-school programs. The coordinator will also assess program quality, compliance, and operations; prepare records and reports related to assigned activities; and recruit, train, and evaluate personnel. This position requires a flexible, non-traditional schedule, including early mornings, after-school hours, holidays, weekends, evening events, and intersession programming. Travel and use of a personal vehicle are required.
