Job Summary

Job Summary

The ELOP Coordinator is responsible for the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of the district’s Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELO-P), including after-school, Extended School Year, and Summer Academic Programs. This position ensures that students receive high-quality academic enrichment and support beyond the school day, aligning programs with the district’s instructional framework. The ELO-P Coordinator works collaboratively with district administrators, site leaders, teachers, and community partners to enhance student learning, engagement, and social-emotional development. The coordinator will oversee, coordinate, and monitor Expanded Learning programs (ELO-P) at CVUSD schools, including before- and after-school programs. The coordinator will also assess program quality, compliance, and operations; prepare records and reports related to assigned activities; and recruit, train, and evaluate personnel. This position requires a flexible, non-traditional schedule, including early mornings, after-school hours, holidays, weekends, evening events, and intersession programming. Travel and use of a personal vehicle are required.

Job Requirements: a. Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field (Master’s preferred) b. Valid Teaching Credential c. Valid Administrative Credential d. Minimum of Five (5) years of experience in education, afterschool programming, ESY, and summer learning coordination. Required Attachments: 1. EDJOIN online application 2. Resume 3.
