3 Strategic EHS & Sustainability Leadership Roles Locations: New Jersey (2 roles) | Ohio (1 role) We’ve been retained by a confidential, highly respected industrial manufacturer to fill three mission-critical EHS & Sustainability roles—each designed for a different level of experience and leadership scope. This is a senior leadership role responsible for full-site EHS strategy, team leadership, and regulatory oversight in a highly regulated manufacturing environment. Key Focus Areas: Lead a team of EHS professionals across multiple disciplines Execute site-wide environmental, safety, and sustainability programs Manage regulatory relationships (OSHA, EPA, NJDOL) and third-party audits Own and drive the Serious Injury & Fatality Prevention Program Develop strategic roadmap and manage EHS budget Ideal Background: 15+ years’ EHS experience in complex manufacturing Proven people leader with certifications (CSP, CIH, CHMM preferred) Experience with ISO 45001 / 14001, bilingual a plus Evironmental & Sustainability Manager – New Jersey This mid-level individual contributor will be the go-to subject matter expert on environmental compliance and sustainability execution at the site. Key Focus Areas: Lead air, water, and waste compliance programs Manage all environmental permits, licenses, and reporting Implement and track sustainability KPIs, including Scope 1, 2, and 3 Support ISO 14001 and related audits Ideal Background: 8+ years of environmental compliance experience in manufacturing Strong knowledge of federal and state environmental regulations CHMM or ISO 14001 experience preferred EHS & Sustainability Manager – Ohio This site-level leader will drive EHS performance and culture across a key Midwest facility. Strong cross-functional engagement and execution is essential. Key Focus Areas: Lead all EHS&S efforts at the plant level Oversee regulatory compliance and permitting (OSHA, RCRA, TSCA) Conduct site audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations Build a proactive safety culture in partnership with operations Ideal Background: 5+ years of EHS experience, including 2+ years in site leadership Strong grasp of EHS regulations, safety systems, and reporting All roles offer: Competitive compensation packages with bonus eligibility High-impact visibility within the organization
