Preparing and creating test plans and test cases for embedded software, based on requirements and functional documentation Providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers Participating in and help adoption of test development process including designs, reviews, implementations, and test execution Executing test cases, performing regression testing, finding and documenting issues Providing process improvements and recommendations Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle from requirements definition through post-release activities Work with cross-functional global teams including Software Development, Hardware Development, and System Architecture Design, create, debug and maintain test automation code (C#), including software for controlling lab equipment Participating in meaningful peer reviews to improve product quality and team deliverables Continuously learning and growing your technical skills through new challenges Who You Are (cont.)

Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or Science from an engineering school required Minimum of
six (6) years
of applicable experience Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this position Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart
Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science An ABET accredited engineering degree is preferred Demonstrated ability in critical thinking, problem solving, and applying engineering rigor Self-motivated with a focus on driving outcomes and meeting commitments Strong communication and collaboration skills Proven strong skills and experience with: C# or other OO languages Test automation Software test techniques and methodology Testing embedded systems Industrial protocols: Modbus, Profinet, HART, and Fieldbus Our Culture & Commitment to You
