Java Back End Developer with Angular Experience Location:
New York City, NY (4 Days onsite/week) Type:
Contract Responsibilities
Must Have: Java 8, Spring Boot, Spring Core, Spring Batch, Microservices, REST API, Angular 4.4, JavaScript, ES5/6+, CSS, HTML, Bootstrap, Oracle DB and SQL, Git, Linux, Shell scripting, Maven. Good to have: Integrations with Kafka, RabbitMQ, WSO2, Spring Security, JWT, SSL, Jenkins, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Bitbucket, JUnit, OpenAPI/Swagger. Hands-on experience with Spring framework using modules like Spring Core, Spring Batch, Spring AOP, etc. Hands-on experience creating REST APIs and integrations with Kafka and RabbitMQ. Hands-on experience with Git/Bitbucket. Familiar with DevOps tools like Jenkins, Kubernetes, OpenShift and CI/CD. Experience in writing unit and integration tests using JUnit. Experience with Spring Security, JWT, SSL is a plus. Experience with Jira/Confluence. General: Experience in the Custody Banking domain (Reconciliation area) is good to have. Ability to work independently, adapt quickly to changes, and learn new technologies and methodologies. Ability to work in diverse distributed projects in an Agile environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
