Overview

Windows Cloud Engineer with TS/SCI Polygraph clearance. Quevera is seeking a Windows Cloud Engineer to join our team. The position offers opportunities to work with industry experts on innovative solutions, with a focus on growth and collaboration. Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and optimize Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (XenApp/XenDesktop) and related VDI environments. Manage and troubleshoot VDI performance, user profiles, and application layering. Architect and operate AWS-based cloud infrastructure (EC2, VPC, S3, IAM, RDS) and migrate on-premises workloads to AWS (Lift-and-Shift or re-architecture). Build and manage Windows Server VMs; administer large-scale Active Directory (Group Policies, trusts, DNS); integrate with cloud identity platforms (Azure AD, AWS Directory Service). Deploy and manage Unified Communications/End-User services (Microsoft Teams, Exchange, Skype for Business) and endpoint management (Intune, SCCM). Implement endpoint security, IAM, MFA, encryption, and monitor compliance with frameworks such as NIST or FedRAMP. Apply automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python); monitor performance and plan capacity; support Agile and ITIL practices. Qualifications

Current TS/SCI Polygraph clearance is REQUIRED to apply. Experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and Citrix (Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, XenApp/XenDesktop), including deployment, optimization, and troubleshooting; user profile management and application layering. Cloud engineering experience focused on AWS: architecture, EC2, VPC, S3, IAM, RDS; migration of workloads to AWS; Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CloudFormation). Windows systems administration: building/managing Windows Server VMs; large-scale Active Directory administration; integration with cloud identities (Azure AD, AWS Directory Service). Unified Communications and end-user services knowledge (Microsoft Teams, Exchange, Skype for Business); endpoint management (Intune, SCCM). Security and compliance experience: endpoint security, IAM/MFA, encryption; familiarity with NIST, FedRAMP or similar frameworks. General skills: automation/scripting (PowerShell, Python), performance monitoring, capacity planning; familiarity with Agile methodologies and ITIL. Benefits and Perks
