Research Operations Specialist

to join our team in New York City. In this role, you will be the backbone of our research efforts, ensuring our User Research team is equipped with the right tools, processes, and support to deliver the best-in-class integrated fitness and wellness experiences our members know and love. Overview

Experience in managing relationships with team members, stakeholders, and vendors. Passion for user research:

Passionate about user-centered design, user research, and fostering a positive customer experience; understands the value of various research methodologies. Experience:

3+ years of relevant experience and familiarity with (or willingness to learn) user research software and tools. Responsibilities

Coordinate research studies:

Manage logistics for a variety of research methodologies, including moderated and unmoderated usability studies, surveys, focus groups, and in-home interviews. Recruit and manage participants:

Source participants from our user database and third-party sources; serve as the main point of contact for participants, handling communications, scheduling, study preparation, and incentives. Ensure a positive participant experience:

Ensure every participant has a positive and seamless experience with Peloton. Optimize processes:

Define and manage standardized processes for recruitment, ethical research practices, and global legal and business guidelines; create standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Manage tools & vendors:

Maintain research tools, equipment, software licenses, and vendor relationships; explore new tools and manage vendor onboarding to keep the team set up for success. Create and deliver training:

Develop training and documentation for tools to maximize resource value. Manage budgets:

Oversee research study budgets, including tracking and timely payments. Build collaborative relationships:

Partner with teams across the company (e.g., Product Analytics, Member Experience) to support research efforts. Maintain knowledge bases:

Organize and maintain a central database of past and upcoming research projects; manage internal communications. Engage communities:

Build and engage research communities to support ongoing and on-demand research needs. Plan team events:

Collaborate with research leadership to plan strategy and content for team events. Benefits and Compensation

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary for this role at our New York City headquarters. Actual base salary offered depends on factors including experience and business objectives.
