The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and experience working with individuals struggling with addiction and abuse. Responsibilities: Manage a manageable caseload of patients Identify underlying issues contributing to substance abuse Create and implement tailored treatment plans Support patients and their families to foster lasting change Qualifications: State licensure (desired) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, positive attitude Experience with substance abuse treatment (desired)
