(Level K) to join our
Systems Integration
team in
Everett, Washington . Position Responsibilities
Lead the management of the PFOD (Proven Functional Operability Development) plan. Integrate Systems Lab test planning and optimization activities. Coordinate among Systems functional teams to resolve technical risks and issues. Integrate and manage Systems Engineering work with Systems maturity plans. Manage, develop, and motivate employees. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, peers, partners, and team members. Develop and execute project and process plans, implement policies and procedures, and set operational goals. Provide oversight, guidance, and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes. Prioritize the development and career growth of your employees and team. Inspire and empower your team through collaboration, communication, and care. Work Authorization
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Everett, WA. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited program in engineering, engineering technology (including manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science. 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal leadership role. Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
3+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues. 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Systems Design Engineering, Systems Engineering, ALIT, BT&E, Development Program roles. Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly across different audiences and levels of the organization. Experience leading technical cross-functional teams, working across organizational boundaries, and promoting an inclusive environment. Familiarity with the 777X family of aircraft. Pay and Benefits
Pay is based on candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Summary Pay Range:
$147,050 - $198,950 . Boeing provides eligible employees with a variety of benefit programs, including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance, and programs for paid and unpaid time away from work.
