Overview
Role: Windows System Administrator – Azure Cloud Location: Morristown, NJ – Onsite/Hybrid GC/USC only • Full-time Responsibilities
Must have: Proven hands-on experience migrating workloads, servers, and services from on-premises environments to Microsoft Azure Cloud (using Azure Migrate, ASR, or similar tools). Administer and maintain Windows Server and Azure infrastructure (VMs, networking, storage, identity, and security). Implement and manage Azure Governance, Policy, and RBAC for secure, compliant operations. Optimize Azure IaaS and PaaS costs and performance through monitoring and automation. Support automation using PowerShell, Azure CLI, ARM/Bicep templates. Collaborate with security, DevOps, and application teams to ensure successful deployments. Apply Cloud First best practices and the Azure Well-Architected Framework for operational excellence Qualifications
We’re looking for a Mid-Level 10-12 years exprince Windows System Administrator with strong Azure Cloud expertise and hands-on migration experience from On-Prem to Azure Cloud. The ideal candidate will have 4–5+ years of enterprise-level experience supporting hybrid or cloud-native environments, with solid knowledge of Azure governance, IaaS/PaaS optimization, and cloud-first best practices On-Prem to Azure Migration (must-have) Windows Server Administration Azure Governance / Policy / Management Groups
