My client is seeking a motivated

Multifamily Project Engineer

to join their construction team in Sherman Oaks. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to grow in a fast-paced, hands-on development and construction environment. My client is a privately held, full-service real estate development, investment, and management firm based in Sherman Oaks. They focus on high-quality infill and suburban multifamily and mixed-use projects throughout California and the Western U.S., and are known for their integrity, creativity, and attention to detail. Responsibilities

Assist project managers with planning, scheduling, and coordination across all project phases Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and constructability Support site teams with RFIs, change orders, permits, and project documentation Perform regular site visits to track progress, safety, and quality Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors Help manage budgets, schedules, and reporting for multifamily projects Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in construction or development as a multifamily project engineer Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field Procore and Bluebeam experience strongly preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow within a development and construction environment Job Offer / Benefits
