Job Description Company Description: GUILD GC, Inc is a vertically integrated construction and development company with a focus on building urban-infill multifamily projects across the westside of Los Angeles. With a pipeline of projects to build, we are looking for a dynamic Project Engineer to join the team in the construction of a mixed-use building located in West Hollywood. We seek a professional, self-motivated and team-oriented individual to assist us with our expanding workload. Based on experience but in the range of $75,000 to $90,000 Benefit Package:

Project Coordination: Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent in daily project operation Coordinate between field teams, subcontractors, suppliers and design professionals Track RFI’s (Request for Information) and ensure timely responses Support the preparation, distribution and management of submittals and shop drawings Documentation & Reporting: Maintain/update project documentation including drawings, specs, logs and correspondence Record meeting minutes for owner, subcontractor and coordination meetings Assist in preparing and maintaining project schedules and look-ahead plans Monitor daily reports and jobsite logs; verify progress and note any delays and issues Cost & Budget Management: Assist in the review of subcontractor invoices, change orders and pay applications Help track committed costs against project budgets Support procurement and purchasing activities Maintain logs for potential change orders (PCO’s), RFI’s and contract revisions Quality Control & Compliance: Support inspections and testing per project specifications and regulatory requirements Ensure that materials and installations comply with contract documents Assist in developing punch lists and coordinating project close-out Help manager safety compliance documentation and reporting Communication & Collaboration: Act as liaison between project team members, architects, engineers and clients Attend project meetings and prepare follow-up communications Assist with client updates and status reports Technology & Tools: Use program management software (e.g. Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, etc) Assist with digital plan markups, document uploads and coordination models Perform quantity takeoffs or support estimating teams as needed QUALIFICATIONS

The successful candidate will possess: At least 3 years of experience in commercial construction industry Undergraduate degree in Construction Management – Civil Engineering…a plus Experience managing Procore Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and MS Project Must possess valid/active driver’s license Bonus: experience building in the cities of Los Angeles and West Hollywood We are a group of experienced developers, builders and investors who are very passionate about exclusive design and efficient building.
