Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests promptly; respond to questions/concerns quickly, effectively, and courteously; inform guests of promotions; recommend additional items; apply selling behaviors during every transaction; and thank guests for shopping at GameStop. Support the shopping environment, including visual/operational elements and current sales initiatives; foster guest relationships that lead to sales and repeat business. Process guest purchases/returns using the POS system accurately; ensure correct changes, proper packaging, receipts, and top-notch guest service. Address guest comments/questions in person or by phone; escalate issues to the Store Manager as needed. Promote GameStop benefits (new title reservations, trade-in, Pro Rewards) and ensure guest service expectations are set with store associates. Assist the Store Manager with onboarding, training, and policy compliance; monitor associate performance and provide feedback; ensure alignment with customer service standards. Participate in scheduling to ensure coverage and optimal guest service; supervise staff in the Store Manager’s absence; approve payroll and time off as needed. Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising per guidelines; manage inventory control and loss prevention practices; prepare bank deposits as required. Fulfill Omni-Channel orders daily; complete required administrative tasks and internal record keeping; ensure safety and compliance across the store. Supervise and delegate tasks to Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the Store Manager’s absence. Qualifications

Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States; must be 18 years or older. High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education in business/marketing/merchandising preferred. Retail management experience preferred (6+ months); retail sales/guest service/management experience preferred (2+ years). Video game knowledge preferred. Skills & Abilities

Outgoing, welcoming personality with strong people skills; genuine, individualized guest assistance. Clear verbal and written communication; English proficiency required; bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment; works independently and in a team; reliable and trustworthy. Operate POS system; basic math and organizational skills; complete paperwork accurately. Flexible schedule with availability including nights, weekends, and some holidays (minimum 3 days/week). Ability to stand, move, and lift up to 30 lbs; ability to meet safety and physical requirements. Benefits & Compensation

Compensation: $16.75 - $20.75 per hour. Benefits: Full-time eligibility for incentive programs, 401(k), paid time off, dental, vision, and health insurance; potential bonuses and other incentives. Employment Type
