BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) position in Missoula at Advanced Therapy Clinic LLC. This role involves leading and supervising our ABA program to support children and adolescents. Responsibilities

Provide supervision of BCaBA and RBT staff and coordinate service delivery in ABA, functional analyses and assessment, behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, and adaptive life skills. Develop and follow treatment plans; assess home and school environments to determine necessary adjustments. Educate caregivers and family members on patient care; evaluate progress and outcomes of ABA therapy; maintain professional knowledge and progress in treatment programs. Qualifications

Graduate-level certification in Behavior Analysis. Certified by the National Board for Certification. Compliant with state healthcare regulatory requirements. Up-to-date knowledge of treatment practices and behavior therapy programs. What we offer

Advanced Therapy Clinic provides ABA, ST, OT, PT, and Nutrition Therapy to children with a variety of disabilities or delays. We help clients and families in our centers, in homes, and in the community. Our goal is to bring ABA and our other therapies to as many clients as possible. Our clinics are in multiple locations, and we are expanding rapidly with careful planning and resources. Client care is at the center of everything we do. We are looking for a BCBA to join our team and support our clients with their needs. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and adolescents, be creative in treatment plans, and have excellent communication and leadership skills. The BCBA will supervise BCaBA and RBT staff and coordinate services in ABA, functional analyses, and assessment; and lead behavioral reduction and acquisition strategies and outcomes.
